A judgment for support arrearages is enforceable by contempt proceedings after a child reaches the age of majority through the presentation of evidence at an evidentiary hearing. See Gibson v. Gibson, 561 So. 2d 565, 572 (Fla. 1990). Contempt is also an available remedy when there are arrearages pre-majority along with an opportunity to present your case through an evidentiary hearing. Lovejoy v. Poole, 42 Fla. L. Weekly D2245 (Fla. 5th DCA 2017).
